Who We Are

Grace Ambassadors are a group of teens and young adults who are passionate about promoting healthy relationships, peer support, and violence prevention. As ambassadors, participants serve as positive role models within their schools, friend groups, and community by helping spread awareness, education, and resources related to dating violence and healthy boundaries.

Grace Ambassadors are not counselors or crisis responders. Instead, they are educated advocates who help break stigma, start conversations, and connect peers to trusted resources when needed.

What We Do

  • Promote Healthy Relationships
Grace Ambassadors spark important conversations about respect, communication, and consent. They encourage their peers to build relationships based on trust and kindness.

  • Raise Awareness of Teen Dating Violence
Ambassadors lead initiatives — from school presentations to social media campaigns — to help others recognize unhealthy behaviors and understand how to seek help.

  • Organize Community Projects
Whether it’s hosting school supply drives, assisting at awareness events, or volunteering in local programs, Ambassadors give back and make a difference.

  • Serve as Peer Role Models
By demonstrating empathy, resilience, and self-respect, Grace Ambassadors encourage a culture of inclusion and support.

  • Advocate for Safer Communities
Our Ambassadors collaborate with schools, organizations, and community leaders to foster safer environments where all teens can thrive.

Why it Matters

Teen dating violence affects 1 in 3 teens in the U.S. By educating and empowering young leaders, the Grace Ambassadors help break the cycle of abuse, offering hope and healing to their peers and creating a brighter, safer future for all.

Grace Ambassadors have the opportunity to:

  • Participate in prevention and education events

  • Assist with community outreach and awareness campaigns

  • Support teen-focused events and discussions

  • Help create and share peer-led messaging around healthy relationships

  • Attend workshops, guest speaker events, and educational sessions

  • Represent The Grace Center at approved community events

  • Build leadership, communication, and advocacy skills

Participation opportunities are age-appropriate, supervised, and designed to create a safe and supportive learning environment.

Impact on Peers & the Community

  •  Encouraging early conversations about respect and consent

  • Helping peers recognize warning signs of unhealthy relationships

  • Reducing stigma around asking for help

  • Promoting resources and support in a peer-to-peer way

Education and awareness at a young age play a critical role in prevention. Grace Ambassadors help ensure that peers know they are not alone and that help is available.

Join The Movement

Students interested in becoming a Grace Ambassador must complete an application and participate in orientation. Parent or guardian involvement may be required depending on age.
