Helping a Friend or Family Member

Are you concerned that a friend, family member, or co-worker may be experiencing abuse? Trust your instincts—you don’t have to see bruises to recognize abuse. Emotional and psychological abuse often happens long before any physical signs appear.

Here are common warning signs that someone may be in an abusive relationship:

    • Their partner puts them down or humiliates them in front of others
    • They seem nervous or anxious about making their partner angry
    • They often make excuses for their partner’s behavior
    • Their partner is jealous, possessive, or controlling
    • They have unexplained bruises or injuries
    • They’ve become isolated from friends, family, or support systems
    • You notice they’re withdrawn, depressed, or acting “not like themselves”

    Counseling Support for Survivors

Our professional on-site counselor provides confidential one-on-one sessions to support survivors of domestic violence as they navigate the healing process.

We offer a judgment-free, compassionate space where you can share your story, process your experiences, and begin rebuilding a life of strength, peace, and possibility.

    Legal Advocacy & Support

Navigating the legal system can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone.
